Order process

  1. Select product group from the navigation bar or the links.
  2. Add product non-binding to your cart by clicking the cart symbol to the right of the product area on the home page in the catalogue table.
  3. By clicking "Shopping cart" in the page head, you can check your cart at any time and change the content.
  4. To complete your order, call your Shopping cart and click Checkout.
  5. Complete all fields necessary for order completion and accept our Terms & Conditions.
  6. To finish your order, click Order now / Zahlungspflichtig bestellen
  7. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
    If necessary, you will receive a second mail containing detailed shipping costs and payment details.
  8. Your order will be shipped right after we received your payment.

Wishlist process

  1. Note: you must have an account and be logged-in to use the wishlist.
  2. Add product to your wishlist by clicking the wishlist symbol to the left of the product area on the home page or in the catalogue table.
  3. From the wishlist, you can move available products to the shopping cart or delete products not wanted any more.
  4. From the shopping cart, you can move products to the wishlist.
  5. The wishlist saves products infinitely.
  6. You can also manage your wishlist from the account.

  • How can I find products?
    There is a search field in the main navigation that browses the entire catalogue for artist, title or description.
    On the catalogue page, there are search options for category, initial letter, country or year of the release.
  • How long does delivery take?
    All items listed in our shop are on stock, so typically (99%), we ship the same or the following business day of your order / payment.
  • I'm looking for a title not listed in your shop!
    We'll gladly do special orders. Please tell us what you are looking for and we'll try to get it for you!
  • What other costs do I have to pay?
    You can find all shipping costs in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Which methods of payment can I use?
    We accept payment in advance by transfer, banc collection, PayPal, by sending cash, a cheque or by postal order / I.M.O.
  • Why does the URL change to "" when clicking "Cart" or being within order completion?
    The entire order completion is secured by 128Bit-SSL to provide a maximum safety for your data. When completing an order, you are thus redirected to our secured server.
  • What can I do when I experience a technical problem (e.g. error messages, order not possible etc.)?
