Add product non-binding to your cart by clicking the
cart symbol to the right of the table.
By clicking "Shopping cart" in the page head, you can check your cart at any time and change the content.
To complete your order, call your "Shopping cart" and click "Order now".
Complete all fields necessary for order completion and accept our
terms & conditions
To finish your order, click"Complete order now"
An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
If necessary, you will receive a second mail containing detailed shipping costs and payment details.
Your order will be shipped right after we received your payment.

How can I find products?
There is a search field in the main navigation that browses the entire catalogue for artist, title or description.
On the catalogue page, there are search options for category, initial letter and country of the band.
How long does delivery take?
All items listed in our shop are on stock, so typically (99%), we ship the same or the following business day of your order / payment.
I'm looking for a title not listed in your shop!

What other costs do I have to pay?
German customers will get their shipping costs automatically during the order completion process.
Foreign customers will receive a separate receipt with their total costs rigfht after ordering.
Which methods of payment can I use?
We accept payment in advance by transfer, PayPal, by sending cash or by postal order / I.M.O.
Why does the URL change to "https://ssl.webpack.de/karthagorecords.de/..." when clicking "Cart" or being within order completion?
